• Conception and fine specification,
• the actual realization of the project,
• the integration of external interfaces,
• fine tuning with customer's project teams
• and possibly the co-ordination of further project partners.

If desired by the customer, representatives of all departments involved into the project are brought together into a conception workshop. Therein, we develop a common view on the forthcoming project and create agreement about the aims of the project. Together we specify, which functionalities are supposed to be implemented, which processes are to be crafted and which data sources are to be integrated. We track down open questions, delegate responsibilities, and set up a detailed project schedule.

The second core component of the conceptional phase is the draft of a software architecture. Decisions concerning  the choice of the Providers, the host system, and the interfaces play a central role. Besides this, we select the best fitting modules, e.g. the content management system, the on-line payment system or the best suitable media gallery.

As a developer and service provider, we rely on a consistent best in class/lease in cost strategy. Nearly always, the resulting solution consists of integration of open-source modules. Therefore we will not develop a new content management system, but take and extend the system that fits best to the customer requirements. As a brand-independent integrator, we can express an honest recommendation without self-interest.

During the fine specification process, we will do a precise target specification, we will describe all functions to be implemented, specified necessary interfaces to other vendors' systems, and define project responsibilities.

If several companies are involved in the project (e.g. Design agency, Hosting partner, specialized software companies), we will be willing and able to take over the project co-ordination. We will take the share of responsibility for the delivery of a ready-to-use solution.
